Organic Extra Virgin coconut oil is extracted from fresh coconuts sourced from our smallhold farmer communities in Sri Lanka. The Coconut is processed at a mild temperature ensuring that all its nutrients and authentic qualities of coconut oil are retained. Coconut oil has a high smoke and flash point so is suitable to use for frying. Uses - as a base oi, for cooking and frying and in salad dressing.
