The adjustable straps are very nice and I highly recommend having them on these types of outfits, especially if you don't want the girls popping out mid jump 😅 The length is perfect and functions amazing when moving; the bottom skirt sits about mid thigh and the waist area sits perfectly so that my lil upper tummy rolls are hidden or smoothed out and I feel more confident because of it! The boob support is also very nice, I like that I don't have to be as worried about them flopping out and the pads seem to be thick yet don't look visible in the dress! I got the 2XL black dress and am 5'4" 210-215lbs with most of my weight in my tummy and thigh area, but the design of this outfit works well with my body shape and the summer heat- it feels like sweat doesn't just stay in the boob area as it can with some bras or shorts, and overall I love wearing this in different settings, dates, sports, gardening, and even if it's just a very hot day, it's nice to have this outfit.
