It lasted 7 days over the life of the sensor. Review: These sensor patches are the best! It fits perfectly over my Guardian 4 sensor. And leaves NO residue - none on my transmitter and none on my arm! It is breathable and leaves my skin with no irritation (and I typically have such sensitivity to anything). I don't use any of the tape the Guardian comes with. I just insert the sensor, plug in the transmitter, put the little tape tab from the sensor over the transmitter, and then slap on one of these overlays. So easy and it stays through showers, swimming, hiking all week in hot weather. It is flexible so it is easy to place on the sensor in the middle and gently smooth it on the skin without bubbles or wrinkles. The backing of the tape is not perforated well so just take the backing off all at once. And I have repositioned the tape after it was on my skin and it went back on fine and stayed the whole week just as well. Because it is so easy to remove, I even took the patch off once without affecting the sensor, unplugged my transmitter and reinserted it and put another patch on and all worked without having to replace my sensor. They are very good and they are made ok tape, which is a brand of skin fastening temporary tapes for medical use. However, the backing is very hard to peel off.
