I wanted the Shark HP152 air purifier, but after trying (unsuccessfully) to find the replacement filter for the HP 152, I decided to just go ahead and get this one. I was able to easily find the replacement filters so I ordered the air purifier and extra filters together. The unit and filters arrived in 2 days, neatly and securely packaged. The air purifier came with set up instructions that were very easy to understand. There is also a manual you can download for more in depth instructions. I set it on "auto" and it's been on, (I think?.. because it's so quiet) doing its thing for 3 days. It took about 2 hours to bring my air quality up to 100%. (In appx 540 sq. ft area) Since then of course, the air quality varies- depending upon what is going on in the household, like cooking etc. It appears to be very sensitive to changes in air quality and reacts accordingly. The display readout is nicely arranged and user friendly. The fan settings (4) range from lowest, "I can't hear it- is it even running?" to highest, which is no louder than a normal household fan. I mainly wanted an air purifier because no matter how often I dusted, my house was still dusty... I am extremely happy with the results! I know it's only been 3 days so far, but there is just no dust anywhere!
