Even after Handy man install *by M***M on December 23, 2024* The media could not be loaded. No idea what went wrong. Had a handy man install it. He has done many other jobs around my home so I know he is good. If this is what I have to deal with… no worth the money. I will replace soon. Water goes everywhere when the door opens as it opens out and it seems is going to be ripped out of the wall. Extremely stiff and hard to swing open. The panel closest to wall does r swing with ease.
