Grill stays out on the open deck, year round, northern VA: sun, rain, some snow. Webers started and remained very stiff, hard to put on and remove. The stitching never lasted past a year before it started to split followed rapidly by actual fabric cracking. One year and the Weber covers were useless. Gorilla is exactly 4 years old and looks like it's brand new. Fabric is super-flexible, very easy to remove and replace, seams/stitching still look new. This may be the best purchase I've ever made. 1/2 the cost and 100 times better quality than Weber ** Update: Almost 5 years now and the velcro finally starting to show signs of wear. Grill always on open deck exposed to sun and snow. Cover itself looks like NEW: flexible, stitching intact and strong as ever. ***Update #2: SEVEN YEARS of constant exposure to sun, rain, wind snow..... finally starting to tear here and there and lose some of it's flexibility. Ordering new today. Again: Weber covers didnt last one single year and this lasted over 7.
