My expectations were met. The case is as pretty in person as it is on the screen. I was pleased with the ease of the zippers and the rubber coating on the zippers makes them easy to pull. I've used the case pretty much every day for two weeks and it has held up beautifully. The only negative, and it's a big one, is the INTENSE oily/tire-like smell. I washed it maybe 6 times (even dried it), put it in a ziplock back with dryer sheets for a few days, hung it outside to air out, etc. The smell has diminished, but it is still there. I expect it will fade with time, but it is something to consider before buying this case.6 mo. update: The smell definitely diminishes. I've been using it regularly & love it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slim, handles outside, pockets useful, attractive *by 0***1 on Reviewed in the United States on August 1, 2018* I was looking for a sleeve case for my surface pro. Wanted handles but not bulk. Also was looking for something with 2 smaller pockets rather than 1 big one. This case fulfilled everything I was looking for. The handles are not the strudiest but do not plan to be carrying it by the handles for extended periods. It's slim enough to put in a large purse. And the teal is a very attractive color and design. The pockets are large enough to fit the charger, pen, USB hub, and more. To address some. Concerns from other reviewers: I did not notice any smell at all. Also, the handles are sewn outside of the case, so it does zip fully. I got the 11.6" to 12" style, and it is a tight but perfect fit for the surface pro and helps keep its very slim and lightweight profile. We didn't want to go with a hard case (as they are very expensive and the school issues different computer models every year), so I let my daughter pick out a soft case on Amazon.This case is the perfect option, as my daughter has to carry her Chromebook to and from school, and around school all day long as well. There are handles on the top, and has a slim design that doesn't add a lot of bulk to her backpack. She likes the color (which you can see matches her backpack).There are also pockets built in to the case, perfect for things like earbuds or a USB cord (my daughter uses her Chromebook to charge her iPhone). The Chromebook charger is not going to fit in the case, but the pockets are useful for little accessories.There were a few downsides. The case arrived with some discoloration / dirt, but since it was cheap, it wasn't worth returning. The case also had a little bit of a chemical smell, but it did air out after a bit.
