Faulty product. *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2017* The device is well designed but I experienced three problems: (1) After a few days the remote sensor stopped updating regularly, then stopped all together. (2) The screen was unreadable except when viewed from straight on. Looking slightly down or slightly left or right all the pixels lighted up making the display unreadable. (3) the battery compartment on the sensor was quite hard to open being secured by four tiny screws that had to be opened with the included tiny philips head screwdriver. I suppose this could be considered a good thing in that there is absolutely no danger of the battery falling out. Since I did not have the device for long I do not know just how long the batteries will last but I certainly would not want to change it more than once a year. That said, the customer service was excellent. They responded within a day and suggested I ask Amazon for a return label and they (the vendor) indicated they would approve it.
