This can be confusing. The TPLink site says to look for "ver. X.X" on the model sticker. Most JetStream switches will show "UN/X.X" and "VN1". Not helpful. The web admin interface will be the most clear answer. Sadly, most of us are likely getting the "1.0" version and not the "1.2" or "1.6" versions.
