To set the clock, you must synchronize it with a phone. **Q: Does the blood pressure monitor run 24x7 and does it require the blood pressure screen active on the watch and/or app?** A: Yes it does but trying to return mine as it stores 102/63 for every daily lowest BP result **Q: Does it record blood pressure continuously?** A: yes .. every 10mins .. mine wasn't doin continuous but found a time range setting which needs to be set 0000 to 2359 and now bp recorded automatically every 10min.
