It cures in 1 hour, dries to a flexible, sandable surface, and can be painted for a flawless finish—perfect for shoes, bags, furniture, and more. ## Description Suitable for a wide variety of smooth and synthetic leathers, can also be applied on rubber soles, but not suitable for suede and nubuck. The application of the product gives a uniform appearance with excellent properties, to conceal or mask defects on surfaces. It provides great filling capacity and flexibility, satisfactorily promoting fluidity and equalization in the finish. Once dry, the base allows it to be painted with the desired colour for a perfect, professional finish. - How to use: 1. Brush to remove dust. 2. Apply the thin layers needed to completely cover the hole or defect. Preferably thin and with the help of a rolling pin or spatula. 3. Allow to dry between coats and coats for approximately one hour. We remember not to put a lot in excess and go applying thin layers. TIP 1: In the case of covering holes, we recommend putting a stand on the bottom to keep the paste firm and promote a better finish. 4. It's sandable which is just amazing as it almost feels like rubber when dry. Then you just simply top coat with a clear coat finisher like a matte or satin. Or you can paint it, then clear coat it. I also used it on my steering wheel that looked horrendous, totally peeled off, and just using my finger and applying three coats it looks amazing. Has a great feel to it when dry. The only product that is superior would be the professional heat cure compounds, where you have to use a heat gun or iron with a graining pad. I did figure out a way to add grain texture to this by simply taking a black leather jacket, and pressing it onto the wet surface, and peeling it off. It's water soluble so it just wipes right back off the leather jacket. These are a newer type of product called water-based polyurethanes. By being water-based it is extremely easy to work with.
