I was a little confused when I first opened these bands and read them as Medium, Large and Extra Large. The bands are all different sizes in length which tell me that the longer the band, the less resistant it is. Just a little nit picky about that detail because you have to think a little about how much resistance you want in your workout before grabbing the appropriate band.Because the bands are so colorful, you will definitely see the peel of the material as it stretches each time you use it. I’m not sure how long that will last before it wears out especially when you factor in washing instructions.Pros:Although it’s an eye sore to see the material “separate” with each rep, I still love how colorful these bands are. They’re fun animal prints which make it easy to distinguish between the different sizes. I used them for my glute & leg days this week and I love that they don’t roll up whether it’s over my leggings or on skin. I mostly used the Medium and Large bands for squats and hip thrusts and they proved to be durable and at a good enough resistance for me to have a satisfactory workout. But as I have gained back strength-these are my favorite bands (bands of death as I refer to them). First they don't slide all over when I use them, and much to my surprise-these have a really nice resistance for me to work with.
