There is a little padded section for the head, and after using this, she completely stopped freaking out about diaper changes. In fact, she's excited to set it up and put it away. The pattern is attractive, and I like the pockets.I knocked a couple stars off because the zipper broke after about a week, which means we can't really use it as a clutch as advertised. This was the best one I could find. Other products would say “extra long” but the dimensions were including everything else + the changing mat. This mat covers pretty much a whole public diaper changing station. This product is still new to me, but so far, I’m happy with this purchase. The only downside I came across was when I first received the clutch, the zipper line part would make gaps rather than keep shut when zipping and unzipping the zippered areas if that makes sense.
