While this decks card stock isn’t incredible it isn’t the worst I’ve seen. It’s doable but even if it wasnt I would still buy this deck as many times necessary to have in my work.This deck has revolutionized tarot/oracle reading in a way I’ll likely never encounter again. It’s a story telling deck that lets you see the layers of an environment in an almost 3D way. Pictured (one of my own spreads for seeing into rooms/events/environments) is one of the most beautifully illustrated readings I’ve encountered in spite of the unfortunate events pictured. Flip the card to its backside to see through the eyes of the little boy and the real life person/s it represents.Mind blowingly simple and yet loaded with important information you can easily digest unlike the almost crammed symbolism of the traditional decks that work with one single side for a host of important issues.I’ve always relied heavier on my knowledge of the symbols and not so much on intuitive interpretations that may escape the traditional card meanings but this deck frees me to do so in a way that has revolutionized and unfettered my wisdom in a way that I’ll never forget.It’s also great for necromancy. I almost need a buddy to document everything for me while I’m communicating because of how rapid fire people can communicate from the other side with it. They can almost spell with this deck and they love it.Anyways get this deck, you’ve probably been brought to this review for a reason. Capitalism definitely helped though lol.

I have been doing tarot on and off for about 3 years. TBH it’s been so hard for me to actually remember them and their reverse meanings. However, the book that comes with these cards makes it so easy to remember the meaning of both sides. It has a picture of each card (front and back) with the meaning separated for each. The suggestion at the beginning of the book is to look at the card and interpret it before looking at the meaning.., this really helps because it puts a picture (and symbols) in your mind to attach the meaning too. Making it very easy to recall. The colors and art work is so vivid. Even if you’re a newbie.. this deck is a must have!! I also love how there’s no right or wrong or good or bad.. sometimes the meaning on the other side is just a stepping block to get to the meaning of the other side.. (example: you gotta do what’s on one side.. to get the place of the other side) It’s really dope. I suggest reading the book before doing a reading with the cards but that’s just me. Either way, Get you one 🌻 you won’t be disappointed!

This tarot deck is certainly one of a kind. Having the added dimension of a continuing picture on the other side of the deck really takes you a step deeper into the card interpretations. Think you know tarot card meanings inside and out? This deck will make you think again. I love it.Ive noticed many people wonder how to use these cards. I havent found it difficult at all. First, I went through the deck one card at a time. Looking at the front and back of the cards I decided which side I really connected with and use that side for my readings. I dont see any real need to turn the cards over to the flip-side pictures during a reading unless a particular card seems to need additional clarification. Other than that, the only adjustment you are making that is different from the usual tarot card readings is that you are placing all cards face up instead of face down and turning them over one at a time. Just sort of look away and meditate upon your questions as you shuffle so you dont really notice the pictures until they are laid down.Even if you have find you have difficulties in using this deck, its worth having just to meditate on to enhance your readings with any deck you use. The pictures are really stunning. This deck is truly one of kind.

I can't praise this deck enough. I've been reading tarot for 30 years and this is adding a second dimension to every reading. Yes, it can be overwhelming at first but gives so much richer answers. If you're someone who offers readings and are afraid that it would take to much time to for example offer a Celtic cross spread with these cards you can invent your own new spreads with fewer cards. Also, I never work with upsidedown cards but do draw extra cards for clarification of previous cards in the reading, and here I simply turn to the other side to get that deepened clarity. These cards were love at first sight for me and I continue to explore them with excitement. Some people are writing reviews about how thin they are. Well, I compared them to my old Rider deck, and find these to be sturdier. Then again, I'm not a shuffler, I treat my card very gently. Also, you can find beautiful tarot card purses on Etsy with embroidery and different styles of mythical animal motives, medieval flower patterns, and more. (No I'm not a seller, just giving friendly advice. ) This deck is highly recommended - if you're ready for its richness!

The Vice Versa deck is indeed unique. The packaging and quality are top notch. The cards have a very nice sheen and thickness but are still easy to shuffle. These cards are in no way flimsy or dull. The book is also top quality with color illustrations. For the Minor Arcana, the descriptions of each side of the card are arranged side-by-side on one page so it's really easy to compare the meanings of each side. The descriptions for the Major Arcana are on separate pages with larger accompanying images.Everyone has their own way of reading cards. Although the book is well designed and beautiful, I find that I'm just not connecting to the given meanings so I'm just using my intuition. For me, this is a great deck to use to clarify because the images are so layered with meaning. I don't think this will replace the Guilded Tarot as my go to deck but it certainly is a refreshing change once and a while.

Gente vocês não tem noção de como esse baralho é profundo...As imagens são belas e trás um significado interessante.O livro é completo porém todo em inglês.As imagens vice e versa são muito ricas e os simbolismos são incríveis, podendo ser utilizado para tiragens profundas.Eu tiro as cartas de olhos fechados, pois por terem dois lados eu evito que pegue a carta que eu "quero".A caixa é perfeita, tem uma textura muito boa e durável...As cartas tem um tamanho normal e deslizam com facilidade.Eu amei, foi uma ótima aquisição.

Friends, I don't leave reviews, never see much need. But, this was so incredible I had to share. I was anticipating it being beautiful, considering the concept. Especially as I've been reading a book with some insight on what is PROBABLY behind the cards, I thought it would give perspective. HAS IT EVER. I have been reading Tarot for over 15 years, and have over 3 dozen decks. This is the first time I've felt this connected to a deck since finding my favourite ten years ago. I immediately felt a draw, and the imagery is gorgeous. Absolutely stunning, and the guidebook accompanying it is exquisite. I understand that with the boxed deck you get a simply keyword guidebook. I would not suggest saving the few bucks here. The book is worth it. The only curiosity I have - do these cards have reversed meaning, or is the back the reverse?

Non li ho usati molto ma conosco questo mazzo da anni. Lo ritengo un vero capolavoro. L energia che emettono mi ha fatto rimandare l'ultilizzo a quando sarò in grado di gestire l'energia senza sentirmi travolta, ma credo siano un mazzo che non si può non avere.

Excelente calidad, las cartas son flexibles, plastificadas y fáciles de manipular. El Kit es hermoso, resistente y pulcro con cierre magnético y en un relajante color menta; viene con su manual de interpretación (en inglés, 160 páginas) que, aunque breve, sirve para entender la relación de las imágenes mostradas ya que en ésta baraja las figuras/personajes que aparecen en algunas láminas pueden aparecer en otras más profundizando más en su significado y enriqueciendo la relación de éstas dando la sensación de ser realmente una historia contada a través de esas imágenes; aun así dejan gran libertad para la interpretación de cada quién y son muy ricas en simbolismo.Es conveniente que se tenga conocimiento sobre algunos símbolos aunque no es obligatorio, si se tiene la curiosidad de buscar por fuera ya que el glosario que anexa es muy, muy pequeño (un par de páginas), pero si es aconsejable leer primero éstas páginas para tener en cuenta las referencias o significados empleados para el momento en que se analice cada una de las láminas por ambas caras y, como mencioné antes, éstas láminas se encuentran 'explicadas' de manera muy breve en el manual, eso sí, con la ilustración correspondiente a todo color, con lo que se puede fácilmente buscar los detalles mencionados o caer en cuenta de otros.Las láminas se encuentran señaladas en el 'frente' por un arabesco en la parte inferior derecha, y el 'revés' lo indica el mismo arabesco, pero en la parte inferior izquierda.A excepción del manual que viene enteramente en inglés pero de sencilla comprensión, el idioma no es problema ya que ninguna de las cartas viene acompañada de nombre, por lo que si se tiene la referencia de la numeración su reconocimiento es sencillo: Números romanos para Arc. Mayores; número y figura del palo correspondiente para los Arc. Menores (pentáculo, basto, cáliz y espada), y Figura de cada palo y emblema (casco, caballo, coronas) para las Cartas de la Corte.Su arte aunque es digital está muy bien cuidado para que las figuras y personajes mostrados no se vean 'sintéticos' y sean agradables a la vista de cada escena y a la vez sean reconocibles los que intervienen en unas y otras cartas sin parecer 'invasivos'.En mi opinión es una excelente compra, una baraja que trae una propuesta interesante con sus 156 ilustraciones y que da a la vez una gran libertad tanto para su lectura, su manejo, o como si solo se quiere tener en el librero para contemplar sus imágenes de cuando en cuando. Un auto-regalo perfecto.
