Review: The setup concept is pretty simple and easy enough to do. This brace just didn't fit my arm properly base don the design. The molded, firm plastic pieces that partially wrap around the pinched a lot and wouldn't quite allow me to fully bend my arm even when set that way. It isn't a bad product, just didn't work for me.
Review: I had a Bicep repair done and needed this instead of the sling. It does it job well. It is simple to use and operate. The only issue I found is that it irritated my skin because of the tightness (needed so it didn't slip). This was solved by a sleeve of cloth. It still moves slightly throughout the day, but overall it is WAY more comfortable than a sling.

This is the best brace I've found after having surgery for a ruptured biceps tendon. It's adjustable and the pads can be taken off and washed. It was easy to wear over clothing and to pull a plastic sleeve over it to shower.
