Make sure you have really good lighting when you apply it- which can be a challenge at night if you're trying to do it before bed- our initial pass had a few spots that we missed- and be meticulous about things like dog hair- we vaccumed and mopped, but still have a few floaters that wound up here and there- we're the only ones that notice, but still. If you do have spots you missed, be sure to sand the whole tile when you are re-applying- turns out far better. We tried the 400 grit at first that the seller recommended when I called him, but it didn't make much of a dent. Did some reading on their website and saw that 150 grit would work as well, and found that to be a much faster and better solution- makes it look hazy obviously, but when you apply the new coat it shines right back up. We'd absolutely do it again- really, really good product.
