The setup process was really simple, and linking it to the Smart Life app was hassle-free. This compatibility extends to Google Home, desertcart Alexa, Samsung SmartThing, and IFTTT for basic on/off control. But the true versatility is found in the Smart Life app, where I can tailor the watering schedules precisely, ranging from a brief second to a more extended 30-minute session, and plan several watering times throughout the day. One feature I particularly love is the watering log in the app. It keeps a record of all watering activities, planned or unplanned, ensuring I'm always in the loop about my plants' watering schedule. It's comforting to know they're being watered as intended. Plus, the low water level notification is a lifesaver, alerting me whenever the reservoir needs a refill. Review: A great drip system with outstanding support backing it up - I have three WiFi Moistenland drip systems and they are working great. When I first set one system up I had problems in that it was pumping water at less that half the rate it was supposed to be. I contacted support and they noticed (from pictures I sent them) bubbles in the output line and said that was because the filter was clogged. I don’t know if it was clogged when I received it or if it got clogged during the first run. Since my water was fresh and clean and it didn’t work right the first time I used it, I think it was a defective filter. I used one from my second new system and it worked perfectly. The support team sent me a replacement filter (and hose and drippers) at no charge. I received it in 2 days. I configured the 15 plant setup, as shown in the manual, and measured the output to each plant. With that data, I was able to determine the number of drippers/plant and the required run time. Programming with the Smart Life App was very easy. I used the “Cycle Timing” for my orchids. I set it up to water twice a week with 3 irrigation cycles of 30 seconds in 1 hour. That allowed the orchids to have time to absorb the water rather then having it just run twice a week for 90 seconds with the water just running over the roots. The thing that surprised me the most was the great support I received from the Moistenland support personnel. Although it was only by email, they were very fast in responding and addressed my problems completely. Outstanding support plus a good drip system is why I gave this 5 stars.

**Q: Is this pump powerful enough to pull water from a five gallon bucket? I give my plants a gallon of water every 2 days and I will be gone 2 weeks.**
A: I bought this product about 5 months ago. My objective was to water our two houseplants for the winter while we are down south. We were away for 3 months and left the unit on a 46 gallon plastic tub. It was plugged into an electric outlet and we have an automatic generator so it was never off power for more than a minute or so. The watering worked for the three months we were away. Now we only were watering two plants but it worked fine. A lot better than saddling one of our children with the plants for the winter.

**Q: What is the rate of flow like for this system? I would like a slow steady drip. Considering to water my chameleon.**
A: I have 15 drippers hooked up.  I ran the device for 5 minutes and measured the amount at the closest dripper and the farthest dripper.  Both had exactly 5 oz of water in each measuring cup.  The other 13 drippers were left in the pots to drip on the plants.

**Q: Can this be ran only on the usb power cord without using any batteries?**
A: You can run it on USB alone, but a power outage will disrupt your watering cycle if you do not install batteries as well. If you’ll be away for some time, and have watering critical needs like a pet or moisture sensitive plants, I wouldn’t recommend USB only operation.

**Q: What are the choices for watering times ? seconds per pot ? are all pots watered for the same amount of time ?**
A: The set up is one pump pushing water down one line. All the droppers come off that one line in series. You can control when the pump starts and how long it pumps. Thats it. If you want more water in one pot versus another you put more droppers in that pot. If you want more water in all the pots you can lengthen the watering time. If you want the watering to occur more often then you shorten the interval between watering.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not for outdoor use

I actually really like this device. App is easy to use and install was easy enough. Problem is, it almost burned down my house because I used it outside. It does not say anywhere that it can be used outside, so it was my fault for doing so, but scary enough to mention. The usb port completely melted into the device when a little water got on it. Such little water that I didn’t think anything about it (it was behind plants on a covered porch). Otherwise great product.
