I am not a vegan, but this book is not only a fun read with beautiful photography, but all of the recipes were so creative and delicious - with or without adding the sriracha sauce - that I have remade them numerous times for friends with rave reviews. Randy Clemens is an amazing talent and has really nailed it. I had never heard of jackfruit so had to try the jackfruit "pulled pork" barbeque sandwiches and was surprised at how delicious they were. I used my stick blender to make all of the sauces from the flax mayo (killer!) and aioli, to dressing, dip and cashew cheeze, which only took a minute and turned out amazing! I like to try different and unusual recipes but a lot of the time I am disappointed either with the taste or the expense of the ingredients, but after making almost all of the recipes in this book and enjoying them all so much, I have sent this book to my vegan friends because I am so impressed with the success and taste of everything so far that I have tried. I will be making and sharing these recipes again and again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you've always added rooster sauce on top, consider putting it within. *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 16, 2013* For a guy who usually says, "It will always taste better with Sriracha", it was good to see some actual recipes that benefit from the sriracha being part of the meal and not just an afterthought. This book gives some neat ideas for how to use the famous rooster sauce during preparation and not simply as a topping. I like that it steers toward vegan recipes and always seems to know it's target audience. I've tried 32 of the recipes so far and I've been pretty happy with the results. I always tend to go a bit light on the Sriracha side when making the dish with the idea that my guests can put on more if they like. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relationship Killer *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2016* Bought this for my ex girlfriend along with many other things for Christmas. She eats mostly vegetarian, and is a Sriracha addict --- loves everything about it.2 months after buying this product, she broke up with me. So unless you want your relationship to end, I'd avoid this product. Pretty sure buying this book is what did us in. She said it was my lack of communication, interest in other women, disinterest in spending time with her, feelings for her ex she had a 6+ year relationship with prior to meeting me, and overall hot-cold rollercoaster of emotion toward our relationship.
