This is absolutely horrendous quality and workmanship! The worst crap that China has to offer. It worked for a couple weeks and, soon after the return period has closed, the heater malfunctioned and does not work at all. The LED lights are on but the heating element does not continue to work. I think it's ridiculous that they can get away with selling this crap to us that they obviously know is an inferior product, I'm convinced these units were rejects that didn't make the cut and they sell them to us because they know that they'll probably last just long enough that we're stuck with them! It was fully under water and exactly as the company asked to set it up. I sent it back and got a new one. The new one worked for a month then did the same thing. I gave it 2 stars because the company was willing to exchange it the first time. I don't know why you would add the feature of malfunction codes if there is nothing you can do about them. I will check the warranty and see if they will replace this one.EditThey replaced my heater for free and the new one works great.
