**Q: Does this actually fit under an airplane seat? my airline says 10x17x9 inches or smaller and this is listed at 11.5 and not 10.**
A: It fits perfectly under an airplane seat, but there’s no room for your feet. Just took it on a trip to Italy and I loved it.

**Q: Is this machine washable?**
A: I haven’t put mine in the washer. I spot clean it with a tide pen. It has repelled stains really well and it’s the light color one.

**Q: Just want to make sure that it has no animal skin leather (leather industry is just as cruel as fur industry). Does anyone know? Thanks.**

A: It is a very classy looking backpack, but more gold tone than brown tone beige.  I had no issues with it getting dirty but there was little contact with actual dirt...just under airplane seat and on vehicle and housing floors.  It should continue to look classy even with a bit of wear and tear.
