**Q: Are these sugar free?**
A: No.  I checked the  nutritional inforation for these "Guilt free" prepped meals and there's a bunch  of sugar.  I'm currently looking to see if that's true for each of the  varieties.  Now, the  plain Miraccles noodles are, as another said, sugar free. Not the meals.

**Q: are these vegan? I know in the promo picture it says vegan on the bag, but I ordered some and mine don't mention it anywhere!**
A: I don't see where the package specifically mentions vegan however they are made of plant material and nothing else.  I am not familiar with the vegan life style so do not know if this means the noodles are vegan  I am diabetic and eat the noodles because they have far fewer carbs than wheat, corn or rye noodles.  Hope this is helpful.

A: i WOULD GOOGLE MIRACLE NOODLE AND LOOK IT UP ON THEIR WEBSITE. USUALLY, THERE ARE NO CALORIES AND NO CARB CALORIES---ALMOST ALL FIBER. NO SIGNIFICANT MINERALS OR VITAMINS. CERTAINLY NO GLUTEN.
