I ordered the "Large" for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It is too large for a snug fit, but I have adjusted to that okay. The exterior dimensions are larger than I would like, but again, I have adjusted to that. The holster is well made of quality leather using a simple construction and should last a long time, assuming the stitching thread holds up well. The dual attachment options (belt loops and spring clip) are valuable; however, the clip is attached to the holster with rivets, and the rivet heads are exposed inside the holster. This places the metal rivet heads on the side of the holster that is closest to your body. I carry my phone with the screen toward my body, so the clips can come in contact with the screen. I consider this to be a significant design shortcoming. I have temporarily placed painter's tape over the rivets for initial testing, but I plan to glue a leather cover over them as a more permanent solution.
