It truly depends on your goals. It does not taste bad but it also doesn’t taste particularly good. Has a little bit of a chalky after taste. However, it gets me powered up for my workouts. I feel like I am able to get to a higher failure level with this. I suggest drinking a good deal of water or you WILL get the tingly sensation. Personally I like to get just a little of it as an indicator that it officially kicked in. Don’t really smell like much of anything. I don’t find myself jittery at all. Great value for your money.
