I can't speak to this brand as never used them before. I always feel there's an element of blind trust with ANY supplement, because how can you ever really know if the label is accurate, never-mind if it actually does anything for you in the long term. There is a lot to like with this one though, and the sublingual aspect makes things easier - I just have to remember to take it now, as it's separate to the rest of my supplements.
