The seller almost immediately reached out to me and offered me a full refund for the faulty bottles. I did not take a refund as I used the product. And this is indeed an EXCELLENT service and product. And it is much appreciated. They are also looking into the faulty caps. **Q: Is this synthetic vitamin C? Why don't they list the ingredients?**
A: The ingredients in my packet are listed as Sodium Ascorbate (vit C), Sunflower oil and MCT oil but it tastes nothing like this. It should be salty and oily. Instead it is like water and acid so possibly Ascorbic acid. I am not sure if mine is a fake or if the whole company is a fake!

**Q: What's the shelf life please?**
A: I bought some a few days ago and it was October 2024.

**Q: How do I know what’s 2ml? There is no line**
A: There is written on the instructions.

**Q: If this product contains sodium ascorbate, sunflower/mct oil it should taste salty and oily. instead it tastes like ascorbic acid & water. is it fake?**
A: I have no idea, I'm happy with mine (also contains sunflower oil etc) it has a nice orange taste, love it!

I've been taking liposomal vitamin C for ten years. For the past two of those years, my go-to brand has been Yapila, whose liposomal C formulation is pure, potent and efficacious - the only three things that matter in nutritional supplements. The main benefit of taking vitamin C in liposomal form is enhanced absorption: compared to regular oral vitamin C, liposomal C has much greater bioavailability.
