A: Perfect for those coho and kings at the river mouths

**Q: is there only 1 lure or 5 of them?**
A: There are five jigs fishing lures at a plastic box,you will get 5 of them.

**Q: Dose this lure work good in rivers?**
A: Works great in our reservoir and I would think they would work the same in rivers.

**Q: Is the design on both sides ?**
A: Yes,  design on both sides and they are fish catchers.  I replaced the cheap treble hooks with quality single 2/0 size hook on a 200# assist cord setup.  If jigging like I do in deep water 60-100+ feet, these are killer jigs rigged as described for inshore drop-off's.  Hope this helped.

This lure is a JIG! And will produce fish of all kinds when used as such. It can also be used to cast and work back with a jigging motion. Great jigs for the money. Caught a lot of Blues and Spanish Mackeral. I did replace the hooks after a few uses. I didn't have any issues with the stock hooks but they feel a little flimsy so I went ahead and changed them out. Love the profile and action on retrieve.

The lures appear to be a good value. They are not a spoon and I doubt that they flutter like a spoon when trolling or retrieving. They are quite heavy/thick for their size. As such they likely are very good for jigging, as advertised. At the advice of other reviewers, I changed out the hooks to a beefer variety. The hooks do look lighter duty and are probably good for smaller fish. I am going out tomorrow, so we'll see if they catch fish.
