These are solidly one of my favorite things I've bought for my apartment. I have a fairly small bedroom and I got the longest strip and they don't quite make it all the way around the room, but they're bright and incredibly fun. My room does not have any built-in lighting so I use these in the evening to light up my room before I go to bed. They have a ton of different fun modes you can switch through, and the music activated modes are incredibly fun. My strip came in excellent condition, all the lights are functional and I didn't have any trouble sticking them up with 3M strips instead of the included brackets.I've had them all set up now for about a month, they're not on all day or all night but I've not had any problems with them at all. They make for incredibly relaxing and fun lighting in a space and I would absolutely buy more strips of these for different areas in my apartment.

Easy set up. Easy use.Please note that the 32’ is much more then just twice the length of the 16’. Have a lot more functions, 80 pre-made light “shows”, and three differnt modes that interact with noise. If you notice, a lot of Strip lights state sync with music. However, several it will only sync with smartphone using. Thus, unless music coming from phone lights and music not working together. With the 32’ the unit comes with a microphone that responds to music channels off TV, radio, MP3 player, etc.My $0.02, dont use mic option for watching TV or movies. Stick with a solid color or one of the 80 programmed ligh shows. The same constantly changing lights that makes music seem alive is very distracting when watching TV/movies

I really wanted to like these lights. They are expensive for sure, but wow, the lights are really cool. There are two fatal flaws though that make these useless to me and are going back:- There is no way to dim the lights. WHY? They are beyond bright, and later in evening, would be nice to dim the lights - even just a standard static color. I know there is a night light function, but that is only white. I like a red night light.- You have to plug in an AC adapter to both ends of the led light strip. That is just plain dumb.Sending back, and the search continues.

The media could not be loaded.  Just received the lights and am thoroughly happy with them everything works as I was skeptical about ordering as some of the reviews had complaints but happy to say they everything I wanted and more.I used scotchgard double sided permanent tape and it worked perfectly secured in place.

I ordered two strings of these lights last year for my dorm room and were so pleased with the quality of them. I knew that I was spending a good amount of my money for the quality. BUT towards the end of the year one string stopped working and I was pretty upset (we used them as our main source of lighting). Even though I was upset I knew that they lasted me almost the entire year, so I decided to purchase two more strings for my dorm room for this year.... NOW, I specifically wanted the ones that I got previously, so I went to my amazon order history to repurchase the same kind. WHAT I GOT INSTEAD.... were extremely cheap lights that were obviously crappier quality. They are very thin and 100% noticeably different than the previous ones. They are less bright and unlike the other ones, the light only shines through one side. I would not be so upset about this if they weren't the same price!!! (80 bucks by the way)!!! So, do yourself a favor and purchase somewhere else because my second string just came in today and they are also the very cheap kind. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH 80 BUCKS (32ft). good'ay.

Bought these for my kids room and 2 months after purchase, I',m still spending money on sticky tape trying to figure out which on e will hold this on her bedroom walls. Then there is a power cord on each end of the wires. this will not work for a clean install look . Oh well, i should have read up on them more, but this is the only one i saw with the light racing pattern and music following she wanted. Total garbage. DO NOT BUY IF YOU PLAN TO STICK UP. They come with NO adhesive. I bought adhesive tape and it didn’t work. So I bought 3M VHB and it won’t stick to the tape. I even cleaned the light strip with alcohol before trying to stick. $100.00 + down the drain.Of course, the seller won’t reply to this. Totally crap 💩

This review is for the $90 kit with 32' light strip and rf remote. I ordered the $25 kit previously and wanted to upgrade to this more expensive kit since I liked the radio frequency remote this has more than the visual ir remote of the cheaper model. Also, I wanted twice the length.The cheaper kit has 3m adhesive, the more expensive, none, it comes with about ten clips. The cheaper is the 10mm wide 4 conductor that goes with the available clips. Since the more expensive is processor controlled, processors on each short bit of strip, this is 3 conductor. I bought 4 conductor and can't use them. Lastly, the expensive kit does not have a dim feature but the music feature definitely seems more intense.
