INSTRUCTIONS▶︎ STEP 1: Make sure the sole of your feet is clean. Preferably, clean feet after a nice warm shower▶︎ STEP 2:Remove the protective backing from adhesive Plaster Tape▶︎ STEP 3:Attach the color side of pad to the center of adhesive side of the Plaster Tape as indicated and shown in our pictures above▶︎ STEP 4:Adhere the entire Plaster Tape (with the attached foot pad) to the sole of your feet▶︎ STEP 5:Allow 6-8 hours before removing and disposing of the used moist plaster.
