Initially, I could connect to but not enter the device so I called customer support and they were able to tunnel in and perform a reset to make it work. That was great! Use this feeder exclusively for corn. Otherwise, if it's smaller than corn, it will pour right out, and if it's something like fortified cottonseed, it will jam up the delivery system. With corn, the only time corn leaks out is if it's pulled out by the deer. It would be great if there was a screen on the delivery device that allows the corn to sling out, but prevents the deer from getting their tongue in there. That's minor though. Side note - squirrels have caught on and hang out with the deer. We have had so much fun with this feeder. We aren't hunters and we are mindful of providing an unlimited food source, which could force a bit of population growth, but we only have been feeding times twice daily with 6 second spins to give these guys a snack on their way by.
