Review: Excellent drink - I. Love. Nooma. I practice original hot yoga (105 degrees, 90 minutes), 5x week, so basically as soon as I complete one class, I’m re-hydrating for my next. I drink A LOT of h20 but was still sluggish in and out of the studio. I recently realized the issue was likely my inadequate electrolyte replenishment. But, I hate the taste of pure coconut water, texture of bananas, and most sports drinks have too many unnatural additives for my pref. I did some research and Nooma had the best reviews. I started drinking these a couple weeks ago and love the taste. I drink one right after each class, I swear my practice is improving. I feel more energized and less drained when I’m in the hot room and after. Mango is my fave. *05/2023 update* I still. Love. Nooma. Mango continues to be my favorite flavor. Since I’ve been enjoying Nooma for a few years now (lol), I can definitively say that when I don’t drink one after an intense workout, I feel it the next day. I’ve tried other electrolyte drinks and powders and none are as tasty and clean as Nooma.

I’m over the cold, but the second one I just had still tasted strange — and now I’m feeling a bit ill. desertcart doesn’t allow returns of this product so not sure what to do other than toss the remaining bottles. Total bummer. This is my favorite coconut water right now. The mango flavor doesn’t taste fake at all and is a very nice complement to the coconut taste. It’s not too sweet, either, which I appreciate. I bought one bottle on a whim at Wholefoods and now have ordered it by the case a few times. I also really like that it doesn’t require refrigeration — I know that raw is best in terms of nutritional value, but I’ve gotten sick from Harmless Harvest that had spoiled, so prefer the food safety of the tetrapak situation. (Though you def want to enjoy this cold when you actually drink it!) And again, super delicious!

I drink nooma as a recovery drink and love it! I typical run speedwork before my crossfit class and was having a tough time getting through the class, feeling low on energy and lethargic. Instead of hydrating between workouts with water, I switched to nooma and it's been a game changer! My energy is up and the lethargy is gone! The taste is delicious but subtle, which i love since I've always thought that drinks like Gatorade or powerade were too sweet. Definitely worth giving it a shot!
