I do think this is probably a great product for 98% of dogs. I wasn’t necessarily disappointed in the product but just that I have been desperately trying to find something to work for my 3 and was hopeful this may be it. After my review, I was contacted by the CEO and given a full refund simply based on my review. I certainly wasn’t seeking one. So I wanted to update this review to say even though this didn’t work for us, their customer service certainly deserves a 5 STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review.I was so looking forward to these as my 3 lil ones are super aggressive chewers. Based on the reviews and number of them I have to assume we are the anomaly and I have beavers 😔. They only lasted 2 days for us.
