**Q: Is this blackstap molasses**
A: This is not labelled as blackstrap molasses. Also the liquid is not as thick and viscous as blackstrap is supposed to be. I doubt that the blackstrap molasses' extraction technique is used for this.

**Q: In label they have given offer opening the bottle should be used with 15 days..  is it so..  can i use it after 15 days also..  pls clarify**
A: It can be used several months after opening. Does not need refr.igeration

Very good treacle. I just found it to be a bit too runny for my cookies. But considering the cost of Grandma's molasses, I would stick to this for my home cooking. Would probably not use this when I want to impress guests with my baking, though, or maybe, just improvise a little!
