Review: Great price, Great for Mock-Ups, A little thick - One continuous cut of fabric, good quality great price, great for mock-ups. it is a thicker fabric than the muslin I usually buy which made it slightly more difficult for toile mock ups so check the gsm if your wanting something specifically closer to quilting cotton this is a bit thicker and stiffer. I washed and dried it hoping it would soften it up but it just made it super wrinkled and it is a bit laborious to iron, I ended up just soaking it with a spray bottle and then ironing it which seemed to work. But for its intended purpose of Mock-ups the price cant be beat

One continuous cut of fabric, good quality great price, great for mock-ups. it is a thicker fabric than the muslin I usually buy which made it slightly more difficult for toile mock ups so check the gsm if your wanting something specifically closer to quilting cotton this is a bit thicker and stiffer. I washed and dried it hoping it would soften it up but it just made it super wrinkled and it is a bit laborious to iron, I ended up just soaking it with a spray bottle and then ironing it which seemed to work. But for its intended purpose of Mock-ups the price cant be beat

This is actually muslin. No synthetic fibers. Great for DIY projects like Cyanotype, Rit dye, embroidery and pattern making. I’m a textile artist and consider this a mainstay foundational element to many of my creations. Wash and air dry for added absorption of dyes.
