**Q: Can you advise how to get the creases out?**
A: I ironed the sheet, the video says use a tea towel but I found using an iron straight onto the sheet worked best just make sure your iron isn’t too hot. I also ironed the basket with a tea towel where it had been folded.

**Q: How can I wash the rope basket? Little one had a wee on it..**
A: Two options: 1. Hand wash with gentle detergent. Try at bottom first. 2. Machine wash - put basket in a laundry bag and apply cold and slow washing cycle. 

Lay flat to dry. Basket is not suitable for dryer.

**Q: A number of reviews say this mattress is not waterproof. Can you recommend a waterproof liner that fits your mattress?**
A: As of May 2023 we have improved our offering with a new enhanced waterproof mattress. Also included is a waterproof travel diaper mat as extra waterproof protector. If you want to use an extra changing pad liner than we recommend an oval shaped washable waterproof liner not bigger than 70 x 36 cm (27 x 14 inch).
