The product however won't go bad in any way but rather looses it's appearence over time. **Q: What is the sodium content of this product** A: Well, as it is primarily sodium chloride salt, I'd say it's pretty close to the sodium content of standard salt, maybe a tiiiiiiiny bit less due to the fact that some volume is seaweed - but probably so little as to be negligible.
