This InVite® product provides highly-absorbable Calcium Citrate (250mg) and Magnesium Citrate (125mg) in a 2:1 ratio per tablet. Scientists are realizing the importance of Magnesium for proper absorption of Calcium. Magnesium performs the crucial action of converting Vitamin D into its active form, therefore signaling Calcium absorption into the bones.
