Now a full charge from 0% to 100% is reading as a transfer of 137 Wh, a full 11Wh decrease within one month. However, even though it reads 100%, it will still trickle charge a bit further if I unplug and plug it back in, leading me to believe that the capacity estimator is not particularly reliable and that the true capacity might not have changed as much. Besides this, I overall still feel like I get the same life out of it in daily use. Still highly recommend for laptops up to 65W.Don't pay attention to the other reviewers saying that the mAh is incorrect. mAh is voltage dependent, so if it's charging at a voltage higher than the voltage of the individual cells within the power bank, it's going to result in a lower mAh readout for an equivalent energy output (Wh). The rated 148 Wh is pretty much on point for mine (charged from 0 to 100). Charging and discharging rates are also as advertised, capable of maintaining constant 20V transfer and up to a peak rate of 50-60W as far as I've seen.
