It worked really well. 2 weeks ago I put away very dark brown over my bright red hair which ended up turning out black. Used this colour remover tonight and I've now got a lovely caramel brown colour. It's a really thin consistency so a bit fiddly to get on but really easy to do once you get into it, the smell isn't terrible, reminded me of perm solution. My hair isn't damaged at all and is a colour I'm happy to keep for a while finally!
