Q: I have very small ears and have a hard time getting any kind of Bud to stay. How is the fit of these in small ears?

This is the first pair of earbuds that have come anything closer to comfortable. I have fairly small ears, and most buds hurt near immediately. These have taken a few hours.

Q: Can you hold down the touch to turn them back on? The NC2 requires the case to turn the headphones back on and it's kinda annoying

Yes you can hold the touch for a few secondsnand they will turn back on

Q: Only one earbud works at a time. i’ve tried resetting it multiple times but i can’t figure it out. what should i do?

This happened to me with T10s previous version. The right headphone usually has to connect first to connect to both. I can listen one at a time with the left earbud which is handy for doubling batter life, but I have to disconnect the left one to get right to connect back up so I can listen to both

Q: Can you blow out the speaker if the music is loud enough?

You'll burst your ear drum prior to speaker blowing
