I bought this bands for my class and I loved the colors and quality. The bands are thick and not easy to rip. They are also very bouncy for the students when they fidget with their feet. They really helped for my students who usually keep moving to stay calm. I noticed they didn’t get up at all and they reduced their anxiety and were able yo focus more in class. Works well overall - they are a godsend for some students, though the response of others is "meh". They do slip down some, not surprisingly more so for the middle-schoolers. I think the value in middle school is limited - works best for the smaller students. Once they start hitting their growth spurts, their legs are just too long to use comfortably, and the weight of their legs is too much to allow the bands to stay in place. Obviously, this is not an issue for the second graders. Noise was an issue reported in some reviews, so I was a bit concerned.
