My kid spilled red koolaid on one and didn't tell me and I wiped it up hours later and it didn't stain. Took longer to scrub it off the floor than the chair.My ONLY warning/complaint.If you are fat and you wear shorts in the summer these chairs will be your BANE. I have taken to putting down a towel because otherwise I feel like they're taking a layer of skin every time I stand up. Again, however, I am overweight and hte rest of my family is definitely NOT and I've never heard any of them complain. Now, I wouldn't use these to get up to a tall place, they're a bit flimsy in that particular regard, but for sitting in two to three times a day and eating a decent family meal and MY GOD CHILD WILL YOU PLEASE STOP BANGING YOUR HEAD AGAINST THE BACK OF THE CHAIR I KNOW YOU HATE PEAS AND ARE BORED... oh wait, he can't do that with these chairs, the back's much shorter. Each chair come with decent packaging - such as the leg is individually wrapped, packaged separately from the legs part. The chrome leg looks great with the color white. It gives an elegant and sophisticated looks to our dining room.Just one complaint, they are not comfortable to sit on with short on. My wife complains how she always end up with the chair print of her leg. So, we end up get another set of chair with less design just for her.
