It’s adjustable, which is great because I always gain 10 in the winter and lose 10 in the summer. it holds your pieces in nice & snug. I use my own in-pants holsters for extra tightness. I love how I can have my sweet little babies on my tummy like little baby kangaroos it feels waaay more natural. I’ve always hated how other holsters feel so unattached or bulky. This is a great product at a great price!!

This sits very nicely over my ribcage so I can conceal nicely. One comment is that the upper portion elastic does not seem to be as stiff (feels like it gets loose after multiple wears) so I felt the need to move to the next size down hooks. But overall VERY comfortable to wear and not noticeable under most of my regular fit t-shirts.
