I am 53 and he is 17. It is great exercise and great bonding time. We laugh so hard our stomachs hurt. We have had some others try try to play with us but they give up too soon. You have to practice a little bit. It is like throwing a ball back and forth but more fun because you just hit it with the palm of your hand, or back handed, or with your foot. The do tend to come apart a bit after a couple months but we do play a lot and pretty rough with it.. Ours ends up landing in a dish in the sink (with water) or a candle once LOL.
