I think this product was a returned product and sold as new. Afew things were open and it seemed like it had been used. Anyway after a clean I tried this on my legs. It did absolutely nothing so I returned for a refund. I wouldn't recommend.

It’s a good epilator and does what it’s supposed to do, but I can just about do one half leg before the battery runs out! I left it to charge over night(14 hours) and the red light never turned off, I guess my one is faulty 😂 it still does the job but like I said battery isn’t great so I think it’s quite expensive for what it is.

I was very disappointed with the machine. The autonomy is no more than 5 minutes for an hour of charging and it is still not possible to use it while charging.Inadvisable.

Would like to send back as not what expecting

I use this product for removing hairs from my legs. It is simple to use and easy to charge via a USB cable.

This Magitone epilator arrived in a well-presented branded box. Inside the box was the epilator, a regular head for larger area such as legs and underarms, a precision head for smaller areas such as bikini line, a USB-A charging cable, a grey storage pouch and an instruction manual.The design of the epilator is compact which means it great for travelling with and it has 2 speeds (I found the fastest speed worked best) with 2 interchangeable heads dependent on the body area you wish to remove hair from. I do like the fact it is wireless and the device is easily rechargeable through USB (although charging does seem to be quite slow).I have never used an epilator before and normally shave, but my friend recommended it, so I thought I’d give it a try. I was aware that it would be painful, so I was reasonably prepared. The device is easy to use and manoeuvre but in order for it to glide well it is best used on dry skin. I would suggest having a bath before using though as this will open the pores. I didn’t find the pain unbearable, but it will still take some getting used to. I’m sure the pain will reduce over time and with the hair growing back finer this should help so I will be persisting with this method.I have only used this on my legs and to be honest I’m not sure I’d be brave enough to use it on my bikini line. As the epilator pulls the hair out at the root the hair regrowth time is obviously longer, and I thought that the device did a good job of removing the hairs quickly and efficiently which left me with very smooth hair free legs. It removed the majority of the hair on the first pass but in a few areas a few passes were required.Priced at £40 this device is affordable and I would recommend it if you have a good pain threshold.
