I’m not sure what was in it but something in it had this effect on me I had to discontinue taking it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Energy Up *by D***T on October 14, 2022* I normally consume 200-400mg CoQ10 and 125-500mg NMN daily and was curious to see if I could tell a difference switching from NMN to Niagen and adding on Trans-Geranylgeraniol (which I've had on my back burner for awhile). GG helps CoQ10 work better and fights sarcopenia (it also works great in conjunction with statins, which I'm not on). CoQ10 is not only helpful for the elderly or those with heart disease, but also neurological disorders, diabetes, and hypothyroidism. I have the neurological disorder ME/cfs, which means that I have a problem with my mitochondrial energy. I am definitely noticing a difference so even though this product is very pricey, and I wish it were a little cheaper, I think I will probably continue with both this and their CellGuard-NR as I was already taking most of these substances separately - it's about the same amount of pills with more in it and only a little more expensive. Since I've had ME for over a decade and also not new to most of these supplements, I do not feel that this is a placebo effect, although there is always the risk my body will develop a tolerance over time and be less effective that way. The amount of Niagen in this is a bit low, which is another reason I might want to stack on another supplement with Niagen (but individual dosage goals will vary with both Niagen and NMN).
