I mix it with cold pressed juice greens powder and then a bunch of water, which helps. It’s not a bad taste but it’s not great. It settles immediately. Prepare to drink sludge if you don’t keep mixing while you drink. As for effects, I have to say my belly feels really good and I have pretty bad IBS-M. Also I have been craving sugar a lot less which is why I bought it. So I guess it’s working for me!
