Needs to be redesigned
I bought this "wrap" for my carpal tunnel surgery and I did use it as a "wrap." The wrap goes up to high on the forearm and the hole for the thumb is unnecessary IMO. Someone who did not have carpal tunnel surgery designed it: a waste of money.

Didnt last
It didn't hold up long. I use this product may be 10 times primarily as an ice pack , and one time as a heat . I spilled coffee on the outside and wanted to clean it so I pulled the gel pack out and when I did I realized it had a hole in it already. I took photos of it today and realized it wasn't just one hole it was two. Disappointed that the product didn't last. Back to using Frozen towels and a plug-in heat pack.

Good therap wrap
I really like the fit of the wrap. It wraps around my wrist and provides an opening for my thumb. The only issue is that the inside of the wrap gets really cold. Be careful.

This has helped so much!
I was apprehensive at first when purchasing this wrap. My tendonitis was not responding to anything.This wrap and the heat/cold treatments has helped immeasurably. I had problems with the first one that was delivered. The gel pack ruptured.The company was most helpful and replaced it right away. I have since used it several times with no problems. 5 stars!

Works Great for wrist
This ice pack works amazing for the wrist. The Velcro wrap stays on and gel pack is comfortable. We were previously usuing a regualar ice pack with a towel around it which wasnt getting the inflammation in my husbands wrist to go down that much and he couldnt keep his wrist up above his heart. He diffenantly likes this one way better.

Hot/Cold Gel Wrist Wrap
I purchased this for my mother and she loves it. The gel pack can be microwaved or frozen. It cam be work on either hand, as well. It provides her relief and support while baking cakes. Good buy.

I used this to treat tendonitis in my wrist. It works pretty well and is easy to wear while doing other things.

Nice ice pack, wrap was small.
We liked the ice pack size but the wrap for my husband was a little small because he’s a tall muscular guy.
