There couldn't have been an easier machine to use. I reviewed several machines and fell in love with this unit. And I'm glad I made the right desicision. Cooking was simple, the chicken thighs were my first attempt , they came out moist on the inside and an awsome crunch on the batter outside.... My family love's the new addition to our family. We like fried food and this is healthier than deep frying. All the grease collected to the bottom pan and the cleanup was simple.Very happy with the Louise Sturhling air fryer. A great product for a two person house.Just one thing. Make sure that the air fryer is not to close to your kitchen wall. The exhaust vent puts out a bit of hot air out the back.
