So far this converter seems to put out a steady 12.3 volts and the CPAP machine is happy. BTW, I paired it with a ERYY "12V LiFePO4 Lithium Battery, 4000+ Deep Cycles Battery with BMS, Perfect for Off-Grid Solar, Trolling Motors, Boat, Marine, RV, Solar, etc (12V 25Ah Plus (30Ah))" and after 4 nights it still shows over 70% charge.
