Not rocket science to use just grab a decent amount you need and apply it to the tips and mids of your hair and comb though as normal. it works great as a product to use everytime you comb your hair as a detangler being a deep conditioner and of course adds much needed moisture that keeps those curls intake and not looking like you walked out of a chia pet commercial.
